Please note: Our size charts are based on the insole length of the footwear supplied by the manufacturer. Measuring your own shoe's insole provides the most accurate size
Step 1. Measure Your Insole
Remove the insole from your most comfortable pair of shoes (if possible) and measure it from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe.
Use the insole length, not your foot length, to find your best fit.

✔ Wide feet, high arches or Greek feet? We recommend sizing up one size.
