Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and unused
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, worn footwear and items showing signs of use cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
